TaxToolSet is developed and operated by TNG Solutions LLP, Karachi, Pakistan.
This Policy explains how TaxToolSet handles personal information submitted through the website.
Information we collect
- API early access: email address, and any optional name, organization, country, expected volume and use-case information you provide.
- Contact enquiries: name, email, category, subject and message.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may generate ordinary server logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Calculator inputs and results
Calculator amounts, selections and confirmations are sent to the TaxToolSet server by POST to calculate the displayed estimate. They are not processed exclusively in your browser. Validation errors can temporarily retain submitted values in the essential session so that you can correct them. Avoid including personal identifiers in calculator fields. The contact and API forms separately store information as described above.
Operational logging, retention periods and access to hosting-level records depend on the hosting configuration. Contact us for information about a particular submission or a deletion request; this page does not promise that hosting logs exclude financial inputs.
Fonts
Public pages use the browser's system-font fallback and do not request fonts from Google Fonts.
Optional website analytics
Optional Google Analytics collection is currently disabled. If enabled, it will require an affirmative analytics choice before its tag is loaded. Every calculator remains available without analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and investigate reported issues.
- To contact people who expressly joined the API early-access list about API availability and directly related updates.
- To understand aggregate demand for features and integrations.
- To secure, troubleshoot and maintain the service.
Consent and withdrawal
API marketing/early-access contact is based on the consent you provide on the API form. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us through the Contact page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Sharing and sale
TaxToolSet does not sell API waitlist or contact-form personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, security, email or infrastructure providers when reasonably necessary to operate the service, subject to their applicable safeguards.
Retention
API waitlist information is retained while it remains relevant to early access or until consent is withdrawn. Contact enquiries are normally retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a record of corrections/issues, or meet legal and security requirements.
Cookies and advertising
The current TaxToolSet house promotions are first-party interface content and do not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential session/security cookies may be used for forms and administration.
Optional Google Analytics collection is currently disabled, and no third-party advertising script is installed. Any analytics activation will use the consent controls described above. Any future advertising deployment will require the corresponding privacy information and consent controls before collection.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or withdraw API-contact consent, through the Contact page. Applicable legal rights may vary by jurisdiction.
Children
The email-collection forms are not directed at children under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the service, hosting, analytics, advertising or API capabilities change.
